This policy explains what information Bubbles Car Wash collects through this website, why, and what happens to it. We keep this simple because our data collection is simple: we don't run analytics, we don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or share your information with anyone.

What we collect

When you submit a job ticket through our booking form, we collect only what you type into it:

  • Your name and phone number
  • Your email address, if you provide one
  • Your vehicle and its size
  • The service you're requesting
  • Your preferred day and time, if you specify one
  • Any notes you add about your vehicle or the job

We don't collect payment information through this website. Payment happens in person or by phone.

How we use it

Submitting the form sends an email containing what you typed directly to our booking inbox, so we can call or text you back to confirm a time. We use the information for that purpose only — to schedule and complete the service you requested.

How it's sent and where it goes

This site uses EmailJS, a third-party service, to deliver the form submission to our email as a plain notification. EmailJS processes the message in transit; we don't maintain a database of past submissions on this website — each ticket exists as an email in our inbox, the same as if you'd emailed us directly.

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of its own. Two third-party services embedded on the site set their own cookies under their own policies, independent of us:

  • Google reCAPTCHA — used on our booking form to block automated spam submissions. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Google Maps — embedded on our booking page to show our location. Also governed by Google's policies linked above.
In short: we collect what you type into the booking form, we email it to ourselves so we can call you back, and we don't track you, sell your information, or use it for anything else.

Your information

You can ask us to delete a past job ticket at any time by calling or emailing us with the details of your original request. Because tickets arrive as ordinary emails, deleting one means removing that email from our inbox.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults arranging vehicle services. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
